Yeah most of the time I start late and finish late. At least I can workout I’m feeling so much better, in my head and in my body. I’m loving all the plan. Seriously! I’m not ready for Instagram pics, but I’m on my way!

I also wanted to tell you your personal development advices are amazing. I’m working on that for the last 10 years, I read a lot of books and it’s amazing that you give those informations to people who just want to lose some weight without even knowing they can be so much more happy!

Oh- and to top it off, I had to have a physical exam for bloodwork for my new health insurance – my BMI is so close to normal. When I started with you, I just entered the obese range!

Crazy to think that was only in November!

Hey! Wanted to send you a quick note letting you know how much I’m enjoying things so far. Currently in week 4 and already seeing results. Food is incredible and Francois is so knowledgeable and can explain the science behind every decision. Excited to see what the next few weeks bring!

My old trainer felt like trial and error. This feels so calculated and well planned.

I just wanted to let you know how much you have changed our lives with your program. Wayne went upstairs to get a suit to wear to work today and when he came home today he told me that he saw the suite he had worn to his retirement dinner when he retired to the police force in 1999 and brought it down. Yes, I said 1999- he tried it on this morning and it FIT and was actually a little loose in the waist!! Thank you for all you have done for us and please know our friendship with you. Sarah means the world to us. You are both such special people and we feel blessed beyond measure to have you in our lives. Safe travels until we see you again and please stay in touch.

Thanks gents, appreciate it! This morning (HIIT 2) was very solid! I’ll send some pics, I also did another in body this morning. Weight: 180.4lbs, body fat %: 12.2 (down from 13.4 in 16 December) moving in the right direction! Absolutely loving the results fellas! Keen to keep pushing the training as well!

The passion and time you both invest into your teams is invaluable and the results shown makes it even more evident. I have never respected my body the way I do now- I appreciate all it does for me, and all that I can do with it. My relationship with food is the best it has ever been. This style of coaching truly instills and supports a change in lifestyle in lieu of crash dieting which ends in a rebound (I have done that too many times to count).

Frequently asked questions

How do I take the call?

The call will be via Zoom video call, if you are uncomfortable with that, no problem, just let us know when we reach out via text before the call.

What do I need for the call?

For the call please make sure you're in a quiet area, with a good internet connection and a pen/paper for making any notes. The call can be taken via a laptop or mobile phone.

How long will the call be?

The call will be as long as you need, most calls are on average 30-60 minutes and this is the amount of time I would recommend as a minimum you allocate for this life changing call.

Will it be a hard sell?

No, this is a consultation to help you! On the call we will outline exactly where you are now, exactly what you want to achieve and what you feel are your biggest struggles preventing you from getting there. Once we have identified these 3 key factors we will then map out a strategy to get you to your goals and maintain them long term!

How do I reschedule if something comes up?

If any issues come up click the "reschedule button" in your confirmation email. Please be respectful and courteous by letting us know if things change on your side... "nobody likes to be stood up" 🤗
